Why "Butterfly"?

We believe that great trainings are transformative — they have the power to change the way we think, the way we do our jobs, the way we relate to one another and the way we view the world. Like a butterfly, when we experience a metamorphosis that shifts our perception of the world and our work, we can never really go back to the way we were before.

Butterfly TTT LLC is a training and consulting firm located in Boise, Idaho. We specialize in promoting the Strengthening Families™ Protective Factor Framework through training, consultation, and technical assistance.

Research studies support the common-sense notion that when the Protective Factors are well established in a family, the likelihood of child abuse and neglect diminishes. The protec­tive factors are also "promotive" factors that build family strengths and promote optimal child development.
